TN Witch hazel toner

The toner is completely transparent, water-like liquid and gives a dose of instant freshness to the skin. Unlike many toners available in the market, this does not create a film on the skin. I have been using this twice daily for the last couple of days and I must say I am highly impressed. Not only does it deep cleanse, but also gives freshness to the skin.
