REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Dear Customer, Thank you for your purchase! We’re so glad you chose to shop with us. We know our products are of the highest quality and authentic, and we hope you’ll love them as much as we do. To ensure that your experience is a positive one, please follow these guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 24 hours for orders in Accra and within 48 hours for orders outside Accra.
• Products should be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, underwear, swimwear with a broken seal, beauty products, and accessories cannot be returned.
• Shoes should only be tried on indoors.

Our refund policy is active for the specified period from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in unused condition, with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a set number of days.
If your refund is delayed, please double-check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time to post.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please call us.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate upon return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Please send your product to: {physical address}. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service.
