• Items must be returned within 24 hours for orders in Accra and within 48 hours for orders outside Accra.
• Products should be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, underwear, swimwear with a broken seal, beauty products, and accessories cannot be returned.
• Shoes should only be tried on indoors.

Sourcing Notice

IconiqTrendz is a multi-brand retailer. We source items from trusted brands and verified wholesalers across the UK, US, Turkey, China, and other global regions. Because each brand uses different materials and production methods, slight variations in colour, fabric, texture, or finishing can occur. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Return Guidelines (Fashion Items)

  • Returns accepted within 24 hours for Accra orders and 48 hours for orders outside Accra.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags intact.

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, white outfits, accessories, and sale items cannot be returned.

  • Two-piece sets must be returned with all pieces included.

Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

Some dyed fabrics—especially bright or deep colours—may transfer lightly during first wear, depending on friction, sweat, or contact with light leather materials. This is common with many brands and is not considered a defect.

IconiqTrendz is not responsible for colour transfer onto personal items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the item meets return conditions.

Delivery fees for exchanges are paid by the customer.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with your unboxing video.

Our refund policy is active for the specified period from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in unused condition, with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a set number of days.

If your refund is delayed, please double check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time to post.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please call us.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate upon return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
